Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai as Real Estate Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative at THE EDGE REA, you will be responsible for attracting potential clients, giving presentations, and guiding them through the sales process. You will need to build relationships with customers, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensure that the properties you represent meet their needs. This role will require you to develop and maintain expert knowledge on the Mumbai real estate market, specifically the weekend home segment, and to provide advice and support to clients throughout their real estate journey.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to adapt and respond to customer needs and feedback
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market with a specific understanding in the weekend home segment
