Job Description - Tele calling:
Position: Tele caller
Responsibilities:
Handle sales activities over the phone, ensuring end-to-end sales process.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions using our company's products and services.
Collect necessary information from clients and maintain positive relationships with them.
Keep a comprehensive record of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Meet and exceed the sales targets established by the organization.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
Require a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in tele calling.
Note:
Salary: Rs. 18,000 to 22,000 per month, along with incentives based on performance.
