Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include prospecting for leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires knowledge of the real estate market, ensuring clients receive expert guidance throughout the property transaction process.
Qualifications
Proven knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and the local market
A valid Real Estate License is required
Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and relationship building
Sales abilities with the ability to negotiate and close property transactions effectively
Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required
Proficiency in using technology and tools relevant to the real estate industry is preferred
A strong network or willingness to build connections in the Ahmedabad real estate market is an advantage
