Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Conduct property viewings and provide prospective buyers with relevant information on properties. Negotiate sales contracts and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and provide feedback to the management team. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless sales process.
Requirements:
Age is above 53 ( male staff only)
Languages: Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, ( English must)
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Proven track record of success in real estate sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service skills. Highly motivated and target-driven. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
