Job Title: Real Estate Executive – Warehouse Leasing
Location: Matunga, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Executive specializing in warehouse leasing and renting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the industrial real estate market, a solid broker network, and experience handling lease deals for warehouse spaces in and around Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
Source clients looking for warehouse spaces for lease/rent (logistics, manufacturing, storage sectors).
Identify, list, and maintain an updated inventory of warehouse properties available for lease.
Manage end-to-end lease transactions including site visits, client coordination, and documentation.
Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, industrial property owners, and logistics companies.
Conduct area analysis and site assessments to recommend suitable options to clients.
Coordinate with legal, technical, and finance teams to close transactions smoothly.
Keep updated with zoning regulations, industrial lease policies, and rental trends.
Create and implement marketing strategies to promote warehouse spaces (digital, broker outreach, signage, etc.).
Maintain leasing reports and dashboards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
