Position Title: Rebate Program Executive
Location: Mumbai, India
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive who would be responsible for driving sell-in by trade loyalty and scheme management
Key Deliverables
• Deliver agreed business plan for assigned traditional trade business.
• Manage schemes / rebates at product level in alignment with sales and marketing.
Responsibilities
• Manage end to end budget and spends of trade schemes.
• Drives Sell-in by designing trade required schemes, inputs and loyalty programs.
• Conducts opportunity assessment for new and existing products
• Competition product and price mapping and ensuring product pricing in accordance with market needs.
• Sales –Monitoring sales results and reporting, exclusives launch planning, season planning
• Interaction with sales and marketing team
Job Requirements
• Preferable with a FMCG background.
• MBA degree in Sales and Marketing
• Proficiency in Sales, and marketplace management
• 2+ years of experience in handling trade business.
• Understanding of pricing, schemes, discounts and margins.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Strong financial and analytical skills
