Job description:
Oversee general office operations — including maintenance, supplies, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation (both digital and physical).
Support HR and finance teams with attendance records, staff onboarding, reimbursements, and petty cash handling.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
Prepare reports, letters, as required.
Manage office inventory, order stationery, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and safety standards.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth administrative operations.
