Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Reception Administrator to join our team in Canberra.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

Reception duties, including all elements of guest management and responding to enquiries (phone and in person).
Meeting room management including scheduling, maintaining cleanliness and set up for meetings and arranging any catering.
Manage stationary and office supplies
Oversee physical office, building, office equipment and associated amenities.
Provide needed assistance for events and other admin concerns.
Prepare and finalize reports, letters, and proposals according to GHD template guidelines
