Job Description
Portico are on the lookout for a Reception and Client Services Team Leader to assist the Reception Manager in overseeing our team of 8, based at one of the world's largest general insurance & reinsurance companies in the city.
The Team Leader will work alongside the Reception Manager, supervising the day-to-day reception operation, ensuring a high standard of customer service is consistently provided to our client’s staff and visitors.
The successful candidate will foster a positive team environment, supervising and motivating the team, providing guidance and training where needed. They will manage the staff rota to ensure consistent service coverage, conduct team meetings and appraisals, ensure health & safety compliance within the office, and a maintain excellent working relationships with other service providers.
Hours: 40 Hours per week with rotating 8-hour shifts between 7am-6pm from Monday-Friday
Salary: £35,3+4
Qualifications
We are seeking a professionally presented, detail-oriented candidate with experience in room reservations and customer service, preferably in a corporate or hotel environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be flexible, organized, and able to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid knowledge of health & safety processes are essential.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal is required, along with a passion to deliver exceptional service.
