Job Description
Position:
As the Front Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact, it will be your responsibility to welcome clients and visitors to the office, ensure they feel welcome, and respond to their enquiries. Answering phone calls in a friendly and polite manner and passing messages on to the relevant agent. You will be responsible for the presentation of the office and ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You will also provide administrative assistance to agents, management and operational staff as directed or required. Your duties will include assisting with the marketing of properties, providing general administrative support to the agents, data entry and ensuring adequate provisions of general supplies to the office.

• Well-presented and the ability to create a positive impression in all interactions with staff, service providers and clients.
• Enjoys dealing with people on a daily basis and providing superior client service.
• Strong organisational skills

• A team player with a genuine desire to support others
• REIV Agents Representative Certificate is well regarded for the role however is not essential
