Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reception Manager to oversee the front desk operations at Soni Hospital. The Reception Manager will be responsible for managing the reception area, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring efficient administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a thorough understanding of IPD, OPD billing, RGHS, Chiranjeevi, CGHS, and other relevant healthcare schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the reception staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely follow-up on patient inquiries.
• Patient Registration and Billing:
• Oversee the registration process for both IPD and OPD patients.
• Ensure accurate billing and collection of payments for services rendered.
• Familiarity with RGHS, Chiranjeevi, CGHS, and other healthcare schemes to facilitate billing processes.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to various hospital departments as needed.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality policies.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and reimbursement.
• Team Leadership:
• Train, mentor, and motivate reception staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of reception services and implement improvements as necessary.
• Address patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
