Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and well-spoken Front Desk Assistant to manage reception duties and support day-to-day administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, so a professional attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner

Answer and direct phone calls efficiently

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Maintain visitor logs and employee attendance records

Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Coordinate with internal departments as needed
