Oasis Newman is an accommodation facility conveniently located just 7kms south of Newman in Western Australia. Newman is the Gateway to the Real Outback and is a short distance to world famous attractions, including Karijini National Park, Carawine Gorge and historical Indigenous sites.
Oasis boasts 800+ rooms, resort-style swimming pool, dining room, gym, al fresco and recreation room.
We are currently looking for dedicated people to take on the role of Reception/Front Office.
A successful applicant will ideally have previous experience working with booking systems or computer software. Alternatively if without experience, but with a great attitude and willingness to learn, training will be happily provided.
A positive attitude, friendly personality and customer service skills are also vital.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Taking bookings via phone, email and website
* Admin duties
* Restocking of shop supplies and shelves
* Cleaning of the office area
* Dealing with customer enquiries
* Checking in guests & dealing with issues
* Responding to emails
* Taking payments
This role involves weekend and public holiday work.

The roles we have are currently averaging around 38 hours per week, but depending on the time of year, can be more.
