Our client is a dynamic and collaborative accounting and advisory firm with offices across Australia. Sitting in a newly renovated office in the heart of the CBD, they offer a friendly and supportive office environment of approximately 30 employees & they are looking for a bubbly and adaptable individual to provide front office support.
About The Role
Reporting into the Executive Manager of Practice Support Group, this is an office all rounder position. You will act as the first point of contact on Reception whilst also helping a variety of areas including Marketing, Events and Facilities and Office Maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Starting ASAP on a 12-month FTC to cover a maternity leave, this role is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, 100% office based.
Duties
Some Of Your Duties & Responsibilities Will Include
Meet & greet incoming clients to the firm and answer and redirect incoming calls
Assist with administrative duties including formatting documents, stationary orders, scanning, archiving and ensuring the office is kept in a presentable manner
Facilities coordination such as liaising with building management regarding office facilities faults and reported issues
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Assist the Marketing and Events team with coordinating events and merchandise
Organise meetings for senior Partners in the business & coordinate catering
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate you must have:
Previous experience in a diverse Reception and/or Administration position - minimum 1/2 years
Intermediate use of MS Office Suite; MS Teams, Excel + Word
No work limitations for 12+ months
Be immediately available to start!
