What You’ll Do:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Adding enquiries to the CRM.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
Maintain and organize files and records for smooth office operations.
Assist the visa counseling team with administrative tasks as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:
Education: Minimum Grade 12.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
