Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer the door, provide visitors with refreshments, and ensure they feel welcome
Provide necessary PPE and paperwork to visitors when touring the facility
Greet candidates and applicants, distribute applications as requested, and ensure candidate assessments are completed
Contact interviewers to ensure timely and professional scheduling and relocation of candidates to appropriate interview locations
Answer questions and escalate inquiries to HR or the appropriate interviewer when needed
Manage a multi-line telephone system, answer calls, take accurate messages, and screen calls
Direct calls and provide information in a professional manner to the relevant personnel
