Job Description
As a Temp Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing the reception area and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional approach
Answering and directing phone calls and emails
Managing meeting room bookings and office supplies
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
Assisting with general administration tasks as required
Requirements
Has previous reception or administration experience (professional services experience is a plus!)
Is well-presented with strong communication skills
Has excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Is proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
Can start immediately and adapt quickly to a new environment
