Job Description
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
Ensure office is prepared for meetings and greeting clients, maintaining meeting areas and monitoring appointments
Answering and forwarding incoming calls and taking messages when necessary
Office upkeep including organising flowers and catering as required
Coordinating Building Maintenance issues with office when necessary
Prepare arrangements for new staff including workstation, stationary and furniture requirements
Arrange access codes for new staff and conduct an admin induction
Ordering stationary, postal goods, magazine subscriptions and staff amenities
Collect and distribute post and do banking daily
Book couriers and Ubers where required
Coordinate staff movements and report daily in notification sent in the morning
Supporting the Executive Assistant to complete any personal requests by the CEO, COO and Creative Director
Required skills and expertise:
At least 2 years' general office/administration experience
Ability to work methodically, accurately and neatly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Driver’s License (essential)
