The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and must have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude.
Job Key Responsibilities:-
Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly approach.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Maintain the front desk and reception area in a neat and presentable manner.
Schedule customer appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Provide basic information about products and services to walk-in customers.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer handling.
Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
