Full job description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk of our Doctor's Clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous manner
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Answer and direct phone calls and take messages
Maintain and update patient records and files
Handle patient inquiries and provide information as needed
Collect payments and issue receipts
Coordinate with doctors and other clinic staff
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, appointment software)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Fluent in English or Hindi
