Responsibilities: -
Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff
Greet clients and visitors, answer phones, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Screen clients for eligibility for services
Maintain records and files
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Other duties as assigned
Requirements: -
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in English
