Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join an awesome team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company and will manage the front desk on a daily basis. This role involves greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Manage the visitor logbook and issue visitor badges.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Role Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist (1 year).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
