The Opportunity
BGC Housing Group is looking for a friendly and customer focused receptionist to join us on a permanent part time basis.
Working Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 8.30am - 5pm, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support to our hardworking team.
This is a diverse role with varied responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
Greet BGC Housing Group guests and offer refreshments.
Ensure relationships with internal and external stakeholders are undertaken in a courteous and polite manner.
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Book couriers as required in a timely manner.
Complete general filing, archiving, photocopying, and printing requests.
Organise services and supplies for the franking machine.
Maintain monthly odometer reading log for company vehicles.
Update the BGC Housing Group phone and project list monthly.
Assist with functions and corporate events.
Work collaboratively with other business units and entities in the best interest of BGC Housing Group.
Undertaking ad-hoc duties as assigned by administrative team.
What we’ll love about you
To be successful in the role we are looking for:
Previous experience as a receptionist.
High level of computer literacy including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work and work to deadlines.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing work environment.
You hold a Driver’s License.
