Our Brisbane office is on the lookout for a corporate Receptionist with a flair for creating excellent guest experiences, covering the morning shift Monday - Friday.

Role Detail

Join our dynamic team at KWM's Brisbane office, located at the riverside precinct of One Eagle. As a key member of our professional Business Services function, you'll be the friendly face that represents us on the client floor. If you're a polished and welcoming individual with a passion for outstanding customer service, this role might be your perfect fit.

Your day to day will include acting as first point of contact, managing meeting rooms, anticipating client and staff needs, liaising with our catering team and above all, striving to create an exceptional KWM experience. As a top tier international law firm, every client (internal or external) receives five-star treatment. You will be key to sustaining our signature VIP atmosphere on the client floor and to setting the standard for exceptional client service - every time.

This role is offered on part time permanent basis Monday to Friday, covering the 8:00am - 2:00pm shift. Some flexibility may be required on occasion.

About You

If you're a polished and welcoming corporate receptionist skilled at creating exceptional client experiences, this could be your role! We'd love to see:

Sound knowledge of reception and front of house operations - previous reception experience in a professional services environment an advantage
Understanding of events would be advantageous
Impeccable grooming with the ability to maintain a corporate uniform
Good planning and organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong multi-tasking ability
Ability to work without close supervision with strong use of initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills
An impressive phone manner with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Customer service orientated with an ability to develop sound client relationships
Team focused, supporting all facets of the team to achieve a common goal
Pro-active approach, shows initiative with a willingness to learn
Results oriented
Confident and reliable, being flexible in approach whilst able to remain calm under pressure
