What we are looking for
Are you passionate about wellness and providing exceptional customer service? Aspects of Healing, located in the heart of the city, is seeking a dedicated fulltime Receptionist to join our vibrant and growing team. We are a spa and wellness clinic that offers a range of holistic therapies, with a focus on providing a calming and welcoming environment for our clients.
Key Position Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with a warm and friendly demeanour
Manage appointment bookings, phone calls, and client inquiries
Maintain a clean and organised reception area
Handle administrative tasks such as billing and payments
Support therapists and wellness practitioners with daily operations
Provide information on our services and promotions to clients
Our ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong worth ethic and customer service focus
Previous experience in a similar role (spa, wellness, or medical reception preferred)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer skills and appointment scheduling software
A passion for wellness and holistic health
