Previous experience in reception or administration (preferred but not essential)

Drivers Licence
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
About the Role:

As the Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Manage building access, communications, and scheduling
Maintain filing systems, inventory, and correspondence
Book travel, handle supplies, and assist with meetings
Perform general administrative tasks and manage confidential information
