This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist & Admin at YODA's office located in Khar West. Salary - 30,000 - 40,000 per month
The primary responsibilities of the role include managing reception duties, providing excellent customer service, handling phone inquiries, maintaining clerical records, and supporting administrative tasks. The role also involves coordinating with staff and visitors in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills and attention to organizational tasks
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Passionate about animal welfare
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software is an advantage
• Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles is preferred
