Golden Dance Studios is a successful dance studio in Atherton, Manchester established for over 30 years. We provide dance and gymnastic classes for children from age 2 - 18 years, with an on site dance wear shop and cafe. We are known for our state-of-the-art facilities and professional classes, making us one of the leading dance studios in the North West.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Receptionist / Admin Manager. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the studio. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in dance or a similar environment.

Key Responsibilites
• Welcome parents, students and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude
• Perform reception duties
• Communicating effectively with parents and students
• Providing excellent customer service on a daily basis
• Mange class registration, cancellations and scheduling changes
• Handle incoming emails, call and enquiries promptly and efficiently
• Assist with admin tasks including managing student records, processing payments and organising studio events
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area

Qualifications
• Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Clerical Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Service proficiency
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in a similar role is a definite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
