Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations:
Warmly receive and assist all visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
Handle incoming telephone calls—screen, route, or take messages as appropriate.
Manage the receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail, deliveries, and couriers.
Maintain visitor records and enforce office access protocols.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Administrative Duties:
Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
Draft, edit, and manage various forms of correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Maintain both physical and digital filing systems in an organized manner.
Track and replenish office supply inventory as needed.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management for smooth operations.
Provide basic data entry or assistance to HR and Accounts departments.
Help coordinate internal events, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.

Qualifications:
Minimum: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–5 years of relevant experience in front office or administrative support roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Comfortable operating standard office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
