Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and friendly part-time Receptionist to join our team at Green Gables in Nelson. As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our business, providing excellent administrative support and supporting the café front-of-house with customer service and coffee making.
About You:
You have 3+ years' experience in a similar position
You are an effective problem solver with excellent communication skills
You have experience with administration, accounts payable, petty cash and suppliers
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
You can build rapport, provide assistance and treat residents with respect
