Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and supporting administrative tasks across various departments. Previous office experience and strong computer skills are essential to excel in this position. This paid role offers an excellent opportunity to develop organisational and clerical skills within a dynamic environment.
Along with making clientele in house beverages to a pacific way, full training will be provided.

Duties
Answering and directing incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette
Greeting visitors and managing visitor sign-in procedures
Managing appointments and scheduling meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Handling correspondence, emails, and general administrative support
Organising schedules clients.
Supporting team members with hands on tasks.
Requirements
Proven can handle a busy environment.
Experience with VDIT software.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous administrative is preferred but not essential the willingness for highly motivated can do attitude Individual.
