Full job description
We are looking for a smart, polite, and confident Female Receptionist & Telecaller who will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a pleasant personality to manage both front-desk operations and telecalling tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and follow-ups with clarity and professionalism.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, schedules, and events.
Maintain front-desk records and enquiry logs.
Manage email communication and support basic administrative tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
Proficiency in spoken Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (email handling).
Prior experience in front-office or telecalling roles preferred.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and a sense of discipline.
