Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary

Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area and appointment calendar

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies

Assist with inquiries from clients and provide information about our services

Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times

Collaborate with other departments to provide support as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment

Friendly and polite demeanor with a professional appearance

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
