The Opportunity!
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for employees, clients, courier’s and visitors to Head Office at 1661 Portage Ave. This role is responsible for answering a multi-line phone, triaging incoming calls and greeting clients and visitors. This role will also be responsible for the preparation of mail and courier distribution, maintaining appropriate stock of office supplies, and assist all HUB departments with various office duties. The Receptionist will help facilitate office events such as Potlucks and Holiday parties. On a continuous basis, this person operates in a courteous and professional manner towards all coworkers, staff and leadership while performing administrative responsibilities.
Full-Time permanent career working out of one of our Calgary - Fisher Street locations.
What you will bring to the role –
Minimum Grade 12 education
Post secondary education in office administration is preferred.
1-2 years of related experience is an asset
