We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to coordinate client meetings, manage appointment schedules, and facilitate onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be solutions-focused, and possess strong prioritization abilities.
The Role
Coordinate client meetings and manage appointment schedules
Greet visitors warmly and handle incoming phone calls
Set up meeting rooms and oversee bookings for our accounting team
Facilitate onboarding processes and maintain client/job documentation
Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, including ID and Proof of Address verification, while updating documentation protocols
Maintain an organized database and ensure office supplies are adequately stocked, including stationery orders
Keep the office environment presentable through minor cleaning tasks, dishwashing, and plant care
Participate in social club activities to foster team spirit
Assist with printing, scanning, and sending documents as needed
