Job Title: Receptionist cum Back Office Assistant
Location: Times Audio, Noida
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 2 year

About the Role:
Times Audio is hiring a Receptionist cum Back Office Assistant to manage daily client interactions and service workflows. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a receptionist or office coordination role and must be comfortable working with both clients and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend client calls and walk-ins professionally
Check and log incoming AV systems for service
Create service job cards and update system status
Track repair progress and communicate updates to clients
Coordinate with technicians and office staff for smooth operations
Book porters and shipping as per requirements
Maintain service records and follow-up schedules
Who Should Apply:

Candidates with minimum 1 year of receptionist or coordination experience
Familiar with basic service flow and documentation
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Confident, organized, and responsible
Resides in or near Noida
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
