Job Description
Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
Handle inquiries from clients regarding our services and provide accurate information.
Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendars.
Perform basic data entry tasks, including updating client records and inputting new information into our database.
Conduct telecalling to follow up with clients, gather feedback, and provide updates on potential matches.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
