Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, welcoming clients, visitors, and partners with a professional demeanor.
Handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and redirect to appropriate team members as needed.
Conduct outbound telecalling to prospective clients, providing information about immigration services and following up on leads.
Schedule and manage appointments for consultations with immigration consultants or lawyers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and appointment schedules.
Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing, and data entry.
Ensure the front office area remains organized and presentable at all times.
Expertise Required:

Previous experience in a receptionist or telecalling role, preferably in the immigration or service industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in office software (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
