Job description :
We are looking for highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our company as a Receptionist cum Telecaller. This role will involve managing front-desk responsibilities and handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, provide information, and maintain strong relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a positive attitude, and be capable of handling tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
Manage the office’s appointment schedule and visitor logs.
Handle incoming and outgoing mails.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and promoting services/products.
Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, and offers over the phone.
Assist in setting up meetings and appointments for sales/support teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
