Maintain front office reception area.
Welcome incoming customers.
Answer phone calls and Emails.
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
Answer all client questions and incoming calls & Outbound Calls.
A Female candidate having Excellent verbal communication , who can initiate telephonic contact with existing and new clients to Generate the sales .
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments. Monitor, organize and forward emails.
Interact with clients, customers, delivery staff, and other public service members throughout their day. Generally, they report directly to an Office Manager.
Experience : 6 month to 1 years in receptionist cum Tele caller.
