Job Description:
We are looking for a Receptionist cum Tele caller to join our team in Mumbai
and Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk
activities, handling customer inquiries, and making outbound calls to
prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Provide information about our services and follow up on leads.
• Maintain records of client interactions and appointments.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (Marathi
for Pune).
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Friendly and client-focused approach.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
