Responsibilities
Set the tone of a positive shop
atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party!
Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members in a positive
manner
Serve as subject matter expert in reservation system; ensure client information is
recorded with accuracy and timeliness
Optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely
communication to team
Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and Stylists
Balance cash drawer at opening, close and shift changes
Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations
Demonstrate strong communication skills, is a self-starter and excellent problem-solving

We Are Looking For a Receptionist Who Has
• 1+years in a fast-paced, customer service environment
• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems strongly preferred. Previous salon/spa
experience preferred; not required.
• Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image. Set the tone of a positive shop
atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party!
• Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members in a positive
manner.
• Serve as subject matter expert in reservation system; ensure client information is
recorded with accuracy and timeliness.
• Optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely
communication to team.
• Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and Stylists
tips/commissions. Balance cash drawer at opening, close and shift changes.
