Responsibilities
Greeting and Directing Visitors: Welcome visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answering and Transferring Calls: Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously. Transfer calls to the appropriate individual or department. Take messages accurately when necessary.
Managing Front Desk Operations: Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization. Ensure that all necessary supplies, such as visitor badges, are stocked.
Responding to Inquiries: Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers regarding the company's products, services, and general inquiries.
Scheduling Appointments: Schedule appointments and meetings for employees and management as requested. Manage conference room bookings.
Handling Mail and Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including typing, filing, photocopying, and data entry. Provide support to other departments as needed.
Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of visitor logs, phone calls, and appointments. Update contact lists and databases as required.
Maintaining Security: Monitor access to the premises and ensure that visitors sign in/out as necessary. Follow security procedures to maintain a safe environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
