Job Description
We are a well-established Financial Planning firm with multiple advisors working Monday to Friday with office hours of 8:30AM to 5:00PM. No evenings or weekends.
We are looking for a FULL TIME Administrative assistant/Receptionist.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering outgoing / incoming calls
Scheduling Appointments + Meeting for the advisors
Data entry
Greeting Clients and Visitors in a professional manner.
Prepping files + Reports
Mail sorting and distribution
As well as other Receptionist type duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English. (French is an asset)
Strong organizational skills & the ability to prioritize work load.
Ability to multi task.
40+ WPM is a bonus.
Ability to navigate a computer and have a good skill set of the following software:
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDF, CRM software.
Experience in the Investment, Insurance or Banking industry is not required, but strongly recommended.
Expertise with phoning people and booking appointments is the core of this job. Being confident on the phone will greatly help you succeed for this position.
