Richmond Cosmetic & Laser Clinic is a friendly office with a medical doctor and a team of professionals who love working in the field of medical aesthetics.
As a Receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to create an outstanding client experience. Your role will involve interacting with clients, scheduling appointments, converting all new leads, processing payments, and recommending treatments and skincare products. Previous experience in medical aesthetics or the medical field is preferred, but we are open to candidates who are passionate about this industry and eager to learn.
We are seeking a receptionist with the following requirements:
Mandarin Speaking is essential
Proficient computer skills and accurate typing are important; MS Office and EMR experience are preferred.
Graphic designing, web designing & marketing skills is a bonus but not essential.
Appointment Scheduling & Rebooking via JaneApp: Ensure patients are rebooked for follow-up appointments and other services, aiming for high patient retention and continuous care
At times assist our doctors with preparing for treatments and certain injectable medical procedures.
Provide exceptional patient care throughout the treatment process, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience that encourages loyalty.
Knowledge of skin care or an aesthetic background, and experience in sales, marketing and photography are assets.
