Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Client Assistance: Provide information regarding our immigration services, including visa applications, permanent residency, study visas, and other relevant programs. Assist clients in scheduling appointments and directing them to the appropriate consultants.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, and organizing files. Assist in data entry and updating client records accurately.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings for consultants and clients. Ensure schedules are efficiently managed to optimize consultant availability.
Documentation Management: Assist clients in completing necessary forms and documentation for visa applications. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Office Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure efficient office operations. Communicate effectively with consultants and other staff members to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and addressing any concerns or queries promptly. Strive to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the immigration or consultancy industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer literacy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence in service.
Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
