Urgently Required Receptionist at Sainath Hospital, Moshi.
- Greeting and welcoming the patients/visitors in polite and professional manner.
- Assisting and directing the visitors to appropriate person or doctor or any other office as required.
- Attending the patient or patient relatives at desk and solving their queries up to satisfaction.
- To attend the phone call for the OPD appointments and managing the OPD appointments properly.
- Receiving and forwarding the incoming phone calls to appropriate destination.
- Order front office supplies and maintain accurate inventory of stock.
- Map data required for Quality Indicators for OPD.
- Daily collection and handing over the cash to the accounts dept.
- Ensure that reception is neat, clean, tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary (pen/forms/brochures etc.)
- Follow the instructions and suggestions given by the OPD incharge & reporting on daily basis.
- Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills.
- Any other jobs assigned by the superior/HOD/Management as per exigencies of work.
- Any graduate with good communication skills.
- Relevant experience from hospital is preferable.
