About the role

Elders Gladstone and Tannum Sands is seeking a Receptionist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be joining a diverse and dedicated team of Property Managers, Sales Agents and Commercial Agents committed to providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will play a critical role supporting the branch administration including responding to client enquiries, receiving and sorting deliveries, banking, and reconciling accounts. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.

Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

Providing timely, friendly and professional customer service

Maintaining the branches presentation to be clean and welcoming

Support with the banking, purchasing, account reconciliation and reporting

Manage and sort incoming/ outgoing mail and deliveries

Provide high level administrative support as directed

About you

To succeed at Elders, you can:

Demonstrate previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role

Interpret legislation and understand the local Real Estate industry

Show proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems

Effectively communicate with a variety of demographics, written and verbally

Collaboratively work in an energetic team environment
