We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Walker Real Estate International in Glenroy, VIC. This full-time role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails

Managing the reception area and ensuring it is well-organised and presentable

Providing administrative support, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management

Assisting with various office tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Office

A warm, friendly, and professional demeanour
