Receptionist
About the Role
This role is responsible for giving the best first impression of our office. The Receptionist role involves covering reception and delivering excellent customer service to new and existing clients as well as staff members.
About You
Experience in a similar role in a law firm would be desirable;
Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service;
High standard of computer skills;
Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally;
Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members;
Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner;
Preferable knowledge of LEAP Practice Management Software
Experience in Trust accounting would be highly regarded
